This is the star of the amperage show, the flavour shines through and the amazing benefits of peppermint oil should not be overlooked. 

GRIP STRENTH: 

Research shows that peppermint oil has demonstrated performance-enhancing effects with a significant increase in the grip force (36.1%), standing vertical jump (7.0%), and standing long jump (6.4%).(1)
